CHÍNH SÁCH ĐỔI TRẢ

Trong thời gian 03 (ba) ngày làm việc kể từ ngày nhận hàng, Khách hàng được quyền đổi, trả sản phẩm theo chính sách của ISteel VN như sau:

1.           Điều kiện:

o  Sản phẩm được đổi, trả có đủ các điều kiện sau:

o  Còn nguyên vẹn, chưa qua sử dụng và có Hóa đơn mua hàng từ ISteel VN.

o  Sai chủng loại, quy cách, màu sắc hoặc độ dài không đúng so với Đơn hàng trên hệ thống và/hoặc trên Phiếu giao hàng.

2.           Quy trình đổi sản phẩm

o  Quá trình đổi sản phẩm sẽ do nhân viên hoặc đối tác vận chuyển của ISteel VN đến trực tiếp thu hồi và tiến hành đổi sản phẩm. ISteel VN sẽ chịu chi phí trong quá trình vận chuyển đổi sản phẩm từ kho của iSteel VN đến Khách hàng.

o  Trong vòng 10 (mười) ngày làm việc kể từ ngày iSteel VN nhận được sản phẩm đổi, iSteel VN sẽ tiến hành giao sản phẩm mới cho Khách hàng theo đúng Đơn hàng trên hệ thống.

3.           Quy trình hoàn trả sản phẩm

Trừ trường hợp có thỏa thuận khác từ iSteel VN, nếu sản phẩm đáp ứng mọi điều kiện đổi hàng và khách hàng đã thanh toán nhưng Khách hàng có yêu cầu trả và hoàn tiền thì sẽ được hoàn lại khoản tiền tương ứng mà Khách hàng đã thanh toán căn cứ theo Đơn hàng trên hệ thống và tại Hóa đơn mua hàng. Quá trình trả sản phẩm và hoàn tiền sẽ được thực hiện như sau:

o  Nhân viên hoặc đối tác vận chuyển của iSteel VN trực tiếp đến địa điểm giao nhận ban đầu mà Khách hàng đã nhận (theo Đơn hàng trên hệ thống, Phiếu giao hàng) để thu hồi sản phẩm. iSteel VN sẽ chịu chi phí trong quá trình vận chuyển trả sản phẩm này.

o  Khách hàng trực tiếp trả hàng tại kho của iSteel VN (trong trường hợp Khách hàng lựa chọn phương thức “Khách hàng tự lấy hàng” tại thời điểm đặt hàng ban đầu).

o  Thời gian hoàn tiền là 10 (mười) ngày làm việc kể từ ngày iSteel VN nhận được sản phẩm trả từ Khách hàng.

退换货政策

在收到货物之日起的 03（三）个工作日内，客户有权根据 ISteel VN 的政策换货和退货，如下：

1.条件:

o  要换货或退货的产品必须满足以下条件：

o  完好、未使用，并有 iSteel VN 的采购发票。

o  与系统和/或送货单上的订单相比，类型、规格、颜色或长度错误。

2.换货流程

o  由iSteel VN的员工或运输合作伙伴直接召回并进行产品更换。iSteel VN将承担从iSteel VN的仓库运送到客户的过程中的费用。

o  在iSteel VN收到更换的产品之日起 10（十）个工作日内，iSteel VN将根据系统上的订单将新产品交付给客户。

3.退货流程

除非iSteel VN另有约定，若产品完全符合退货条件,客户已付款但要求退款的,将退还客户已支付的相应金额。付款将基于系统上的订单和采购发票。产品退货和退款的流程如下：

o  产品由iSteel VN的员工或运输合作伙伴前往客户收货的原始交货地点（根据系统上的订单、交货单）进行召回。 iSteel VN将承担退回该产品过程中的费用。

o  客户直接在iSteel VN的仓库退货（如果客户在初始订单时选择了“客户自行提货”方式）。

o  退款时间为 iSteel VN 收到客户退回产品之日起 10（十）个工作日。

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Within 03 (three) working days from the date of receipt of goods, customer is entitled to exchange and return the goods according to iSteel VN’s policy as follows:

1.            Condition:

o  Products to be exchanged or returned must fully meet the following conditions:

o  Intact, unused and with a purchase invoice from iSteel VN.

o  Wrong type, specification, color or length compared to the order on the system and/or on the Delivery Note.

2.            Product exchange process

o  The product will be recalled and replaced by iSteel VN’s staff or shipping partners. iSteel VN will bear the costs in the process of transporting products from iSteel VN's warehouse to the customer.

o  Within 10 (ten) working days from the date iSteel VN receives the product to be replaced, iSteel VN will deliver the new product to the customer in accordance with the order on the system.

3.            Product return process

Unless otherwise agreed by iSteel VN, if the product fully meets the replacement conditions, and the customer has paid but requests a refund, the corresponding amount paid by the customer will be refunded. Payment will be based on orders and purchase invoices on the system. The product return and refund process will be done as follows:

o  iSteel VN's staff or shipping partners pick up the product at the original delivery location where the customer has received goods (according to the order and delivery note on the system). iSteel VN will bear the cost of returning the product.

o  The customer returns the goods at iSteel VN's warehouse (if the customer has selected the “Pick-up” method when ordering).

o  The refund period is 10 (ten) working days from the date iSteel VN receives the returned product from the customer.
