CHÍNH SÁCH BẢO MẬT THANH TOÁN

1.           Cam kết bảo mật

iSteel VN triển khai nhận thanh toán theo 02 phương thức: chuyển khoản thông qua số tài khoản ngân hàng và thanh toán khi nhận hàng. iSteel VN cam kết tuân thủ bảo mật thông tin tài khoản, thông tin giao dịch của khách hàng, đảm bảo tuân thủ theo các tiêu chuẩn bảo mật ngành. ISteel VN chỉ cung cấp các thông tin này cho cơ quan nhà nước khi có yêu cầu.

2.                   Quy định bảo mật

2.1.      Chính sách bảo mật giao dịch trong thanh toán bằng chuyển khoản thông qua số tài khoản ngân hàng gồm:

o  Các nguyên tắc và quy định bảo mật thông tin trong ngành tài chính ngân hàng theo quy định của Ngân hàng nhà nước Việt Nam.

o  Cam kết mã hoá thông tin tài khoản ngân hàng và thông tin giao dịch của khách hàng.

o  iSteel VN chỉ lưu trữ mã đơn hàng, mã giao dịch và tên ngân hàng.

o  iSteel VN cam kết đảm bảo thực hiện nghiêm túc các biện pháp bảo mật cần thiết cho mọi hoạt động thanh toán thực hiện trên ISteel VN.

2.2 Chính sách bảo mật giao dịch trong thanh toán khi nhận hàng

o  ISteel VN yêu cầu đơn vị giao hàng đảm bảo việc bảo mật thông tin của khách hàng khi người giao hàng thay mặt iSteel VN nhận thanh toán trực tiếp từ khách hàng.

o  iSteel VN cam kết đảm bảo thực hiện nghiêm túc các biện pháp bảo mật cần thiết cho mọi hoạt động thanh toán thực hiện trên iSteel VN.

支付保密政策

1.    保密承诺

iSteel VN有两种支付方式：银行转账和货到付款。iSteel VN 致力于对客户的账户与交易信息进行保密，确保遵循行业安全标准，并只在收到国家机构要求时才对其提供相关信息。

2.    保密规定

2.1 通过银行账号进行银行转账付款的交易保密政策，包括：

o  越南国家银行金融信息安全的原则和规定。

o  承诺对银行账户信息和客户交易信息进行加密。

o  VN 只存储订单代码、交易代码和银行名称。

o  iSteel VN承诺严格执行在网站上进行的所有支付活动所必需的安全措施。

2.2. 货到付款时的交易安全政策

o  当送货员代表ISteel VN直接从客户那里收到付款时，ISteel VN要求送货单位确保客户的信息是安全的。

o  iSteel VN承诺严格执行在iSteel VN上进行的所有支付活动所必需的安全措施。

PAYMENT CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY

1.            Confidentiality commitment

iSteel VN currently has 2 payment methods: bank transfer payment, cash on delivery. iSteel VN is committed to complying with customers' account and transaction information and ensuring compliance with industry security standards. iSteel VN provides this information to state agencies only upon request.

2.                   The confidentiality regulation

2.1 Transaction Confidentiality Policy for bank transfer payments via bank account includes:

o  Principles and regulations on confidentiality of information in the banking and financial industry in accordance with regulations of the State Bank of Vietnam.

o  Committing to encrypting customers' bank account information and transaction information.

o  iSteel VN only stores order codes, transaction codes and bank names.

o  iSteel VN is commited to ensuring the strict implementation of necessary confidentiality measures for all payments made on the iSteel VN website.

2.2 The Confidental policy of the Transaction in payment upon receipt:

o  iSteel VN requires the shipper to ensure the confidentiality of customer information when the shipper directly receives payment from the customer on behalf of iSteel VN.          

o  iSteel VN is commited to ensuring the strict implementation of necessary confidentiality measures for all payments made on the iSteel VN website.
